Every discovery run you have started. A run is a background job on the server: closing this page, switching project or losing the network observes less of it — none of them stops it. Only Stop run does.

Deleting a run or a project moves it here: it is no longer listed or served, and nothing in it is lost. Restore puts it back as it was. Delete forever removes its files from this server's storage — that frees the space and cannot be undone.

Runs the chain the agents depend on, as they run it: the sandbox, the agent bundle, every command the brief names, the bioinformatics tools, the simulator, the hypothesis and context builders, the protocol and the stand-in bioreactor loop — on SYNTHETIC fixtures, in a few seconds, with no model. The live check also starts a real session in which the orchestrator asks a specialist to run a tool, and spends model credit.
